Before joining Alpha Softgels, Raymond supported large-scale corporate programs at Mace Group, including the JPMorgan Chase global real estate initiative. There, he developed KPI dashboards and data reporting systems that improved financial visibility and helped senior leaders make informed, strategic decisions. His earlier experience at Penske Logistics and Macy’s strengthened his expertise in forecasting, cost control, and end-to-end supply chain management — skills that now help Alpha Softgels maintain financial stability while scaling for growth.
