Justin was born and raised in Round Rock, Texas, and earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Texas State University with the goal of pursuing a career in game development. Over time, he discovered that he enjoyed the creative process of making games more than the business side of it, which led him to transition into enterprise technical support. Justin went on to work with companies such as Apple, Dropbox, and WP Engine—all while quietly building and managing a successful residential moving business.

After selling his business, Justin spent several years living in Summit County, Colorado, where he met the love of his life. The two later relocated to California, where he began working in IT for a local MSP, further developing his technical expertise and leadership skills. Today, Justin serves as Head of Technology at Alpha Soft Gels, where he leverages his deep technical knowledge and entrepreneurial background to drive innovation and optimize operations.

In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time outdoors, reading historical fiction, and training in full-contact sports like MMA and kickboxing. He also has a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and cherishes quiet moments on the back porch with his wife, watching hummingbirds.
